Next BOD meeting: Tuesday, Feb. 6 at ANB- 4 PM

1)      Financials: $3,082.73

2)      Map-

·        Map to be reviewed by TC for changes or approval on Tuesday, Jan. 23 2007.

·        Once approved, 3,000 winter maps will be printed

·        Printing may be done by Spark Creative or Copy Copy

3)      Brochure is approved, will print 100 copies to be distributed

·        Christie Lodge

·        Falcon Point

·        West Beaver Creek Lodge

·        BC West

4)      New Members letter- sent 1-19-07. $50 membership dues for remaining membership year

5)      Mixer

·        Wednesday, Jan. 24- 5:30 – 7:30 PM

·        Challenge Outfitters, Traer Creek

·        ABA will provide food (Mark to talk with ZaccaZa to trade for membership)

·        Challenge Outfitters will provide drinks (wine & beer)

·        PSA announcements- KZYR, NRC & Vail Daily Community calendar
