1. Financials- $3,638.76

2. Town Council Update

Bus route statement-

• asking members for statements, if receive no response, board will make calls to members.
• If skier shuttle is cancelled, repeal 4% bus tax

Affordable housing & development- Tracy will follow up with Patty McKenny for dates of discussions

Rodeo Series- Mark asked TC to allow rodeo traffic to exit left & right after rodeo

3. Town Council schedule:

May 8- Drew

May 22- Mark

June 12- Mike

June 26- Ronda

4. Town Clean Up proposal
   • Tracy will contact Diana and ask her to piggy back on Eagle County Clean Up Day, ABA will be happy to promote the event with members and rally a group to clean up in Avon specifically

5. 4^th of July
   • Mark to contact Brian Lee about beer (prices and availability of kegs)
   • Tracy to shop security

6. Vail Valley Partners- wanted a retail committee representative
   • Tracy to have Michael from VVP contact Mark directly with job description

7. New Board member- 6 BOD in by-laws
   • Will ask Scott Czarniak from US Bank & Karen Allen from Comfort Inn to join board

8. Advertise for job opening- Tracy to post & receive resumes, will forward to Drew and Mark
